孩子学艺启蒙和指导关键“我家女儿才5岁，不知道这么多种类的艺术培训，到底该学什么好？”近日，乌市市民刘女士打来电话咨询。其实，这也是很多家长的疑惑。对此，晨报训练营负责人刘翔认为，孩子学艺，主要的还是要看孩子是否有兴趣。对于从来没有接触过艺术培训的孩子来说，家长尤其要重视孩子的“优先次学艺”，优先位老师尤其关键。在很大程度上，孩子是否喜欢舞蹈或弹琴，与孩子的启蒙老师是否有耐心、有亲和力，是否能调动孩子的学习兴趣，是否能规范执教有着直接的关系。这一步走不好，会给孩子后期的学艺、提升带来很大的困难，有的孩子甚至会半途而废。“很多家庭花了半年工资买来的钢琴如今成了书房的摆设，琴架上落满了灰尘。看到不少孩子因为方法不当荒废了艺术，我感到非常惋惜。”刘翔说。

“孩子学艺重要的是兴趣，只有有了兴趣，才能把练习当做享受，才能促进自己的身心发展。而学习一旦变得被动，就成了苦差事。”刘翔认为，一位、有爱心的专业老师对孩子学艺起着至关重要的作用，他能一眼看出孩子的潜质所在，能够调动孩子的兴趣，激发孩子的信心，会像磁石一样牢牢抓住孩子们的心。萤火虫的导师们可以给予学员科学的入门指导和启蒙教育。正如音乐家协会副主席、新疆歌剧院院长、新疆音乐家协会主席努斯勒提·瓦吉丁所说“要让孩子们真正喜欢上艺术，而不是玩几天就不玩了，逼迫是没果的。”他还指出“教孩子是难的事情，培养孩子则是难上加难，一定要引导孩子从基础性训练开始，要随着孩子年龄的增长逐步提高训练难度，要因势利导、循序渐进。”“对于四到六岁的孩子，不建议过早进行声乐训练，不要盲目飙高音，把中低音练好了再拓展高音；变声期训练要注意；幼儿舞蹈不宜过早练劈叉……”在，导师们会结合每位学员的特点展开详尽的指导，制定“量体裁衣”的训练计划。“一旦入门偏了，纠正起来就非常费劲了，所以我们更喜欢招收那些零基础的学员。”导师们说，这里的导师会让孩子们在轻松的环境下快乐学艺，48学时的设置全面、实用，让学习完全回归到兴趣点上。多参加演出比拿证书有意义“如果有条件，学艺有助于孩子全面发展，学习音乐能使孩子聪明。”很多家长也看好这一点。但一味考级也是不够的，孩子的实战演出也是一个非常重要的锻炼机会。
